Retreat days
Each retreat day has a theme.
Participants will be invited to join in a range of meditations and mindful activities linked to the theme. There is no pressure to join in with everything if you do not wish to do so.​
The retreat venue is Lapwing Farm, set in the heart of rural Somerset. If the weather permits the activities will take place in the beautiful surroundings as well as in the gorgeous barn.​
At lunchtime you will be offered a delicious lunch to enjoy within the surroundings.​

Mindfulness courses for adults
This 8-week Mindfulness Now programme can support with with anxiety, depression and stress as well as physical pain.
The programme provides a fusion of key elements from the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes. ​
The programme is offered to individuals where it can be tailored to specific needs and it is also offered to groups.
Sessions are between 1 - 1.5 hours long.​
It can be delivered either face to face or virtually.
Mindfulness courses for children and young people
As a teacher of 21 years, I have worked in a range of settings including special schools and mainstream schools.
My specialism has been working with autistic pupils and those with complex speech, language and communication needs. More recently I have been working with Educational Psychologists around guidance for Emotionally-based school avoidance (EBSA.)
​I am able to offer programmes for pupils across the key stages for individuals, groups or classes.
Mindfulness for mums course
As a mum of two young children myself, I wanted to deliver a programme that can support expectant mums as well as those with babies or young children.
​
This 4-week programme based on the Mindfulness Now principles focuses on breathing, connection with the body, taking care of yourself and self compassion.​
The programme is offered to individual's where it can be tailored to specific needs and it is also offered to groups.
Sessions are 1 hour long. ​It can be delivered either face to face or virtually.
Mindfulness for adults working in education
As a teacher, I am incredibly aware of the pressures teachers are under and the importance of looking after their mental health.
​Research has shown Mindfulness supported emotion regulation and reduced levels of stress in teachers (Emerson et al 2017).​
I am able to tailor a Mindfulness session to your school staff, as a 1 hour introduction, half a day or a whole day. Alternatively, I can deliver the 8-week Mindfulness Now programme to individual staff members or groups.
Sessions can be either virtual or face to face .

Mindfulness programmes have been used in many successful businesses such as Google, Apple and Nike.
Progressive companies recognise the value of investing in their employees, not just in terms of qualifications, but also in them as people. ​
Mindfulness supports 5 of the 6 Management Standards that are in place to reduce the 11 million days lost each year in the UK to stress.
