Retreat days

This day will give you an opportunity to reconnect with your breath and body, within a peaceful haven in Somerset. There will be an invitation to join in with a variety of meditations and mindful activities that you can apply to your everyday life.

​I’ve had quite a year of various perimenopausal symptoms with anxiety being top of the list, so Em’s ‘Nourish’ Retreat Day was perfect for me. The day allowed me the opportunity to de-stress, have some much needed me-time and self-reflection. It was a well thought out day held in a beautiful venue. I was invited to share my experiences and feelings around meditation and mindfulness.  The meditation exercises led by Em helped calm my busy mind and the poems read out during these exercises about living in the moment, really resonated with me.'
